How do you vet your property managers?

Every manager is interviewed by our team, identity-verified, and reference-checked with past owners before they touch a property. They stay on the platform by keeping documented proof of every job: dated photos, receipts, inspection notes.

What does it cost?

How does my rent reach me?

The tenant pays into a tracked account; you receive the net amount in your nominated account (NRO for most NRI owners) with a statement showing every deduction as a line item. Rent is never our money, we bill our fee separately and visibly.

What happens when something breaks?

Your manager gets quotes, you approve anything above your spend floor, the work happens, and you see dated before/after photos with the receipt. Repairs pass through at cost, no markup on vendor work.

I already have a broker or a relative managing the flat. Can I switch?

Yes, and it is less awkward than you think. We take a written handover: keys, documents, tenant introduction, pending issues. Your relative gets their weekends back, and you get reports instead of phone calls.

Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Gurgaon today. Owner hubs in Singapore and Dubai. If your property is elsewhere, send a proposal request anyway, we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.
